I have always liked to illustrate some moments of the great saga of J. R. R. Tolkien. Definitely my favorite fantasy writer.
In this Fanart I represent the fall of Fëanor, at the hands of Gothmog.
Balrogs are always represented as very large and with enormous wings of fire. I wanted to do it as I imagined it and as Tolkien had described it.

En este Fanart represento la caída de Fëanor, a manos de Gothmog.
Los balrogs siempre se representan como muy grandes y con enormes alas de fuego. Quería hacerlo como lo imaginé y como Tolkien lo había descrito.
